Payment is due the day prior to greeting installation. (A payment request will be sent 24-48 hours before the scheduled date)
Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, cash, and checks.
Charlotte Yard Cards, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Delivery, Set-Up, and Pick-Up
Important: If you have a lawn crew scheduled, please ensure they come before we set up your greeting.
We typically deliver and set up your greeting in the late morning to early afternoon on the day before your event or celebration. We understand many clients want their greeting installed before the end of the school day, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate this preference.
Delivery may be delayed or canceled due to severe or hazardous weather conditions. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued.
A small business sign identifying "Charlotte Yard Cards" as the display provider will be placed out of the way of your greeting. PLEASE DO NOT throw these away. There will be a $20 fee to replace it.
Greeting pick-up will occur the evening of your event AFTER 7 PM. If you need additional hours or days for your display, please inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.
Charlotte Yard Cards LLC and its representatives are not responsible for injury or damage caused during the set-up or removal of any rental.
Lawn Display Care
Treat the lawn display with pride and respect. DO NOT pull the signs from the ground or move them.
Do not attach balloons to any part of the display, as hot balloons can damage the signs.
Protect the display from potential damage caused by lawnmowers, string trimmers, dogs, or flying debris.
When photographing your special moment, please remember that our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them.
For safety reasons, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the lawn display.
Do not throw lawn display items in the garbage or vandalize them. These items remain the property of Charlotte Yard Cards.
Notify the honoree to treat the display with care, as you will be held responsible for any damage or missing items.
You will be invoiced for any missing or damaged lawn display items.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking: You may receive a refund of 50% of your booking rate. Alternatively, you may leave the full amount as credit for a future booking, subject to availability.
No lawn displays will be set up during inclement weather, including lightning or thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, or any other Act of God that could cause harm to the display or our team.
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
If the client provides the wrong address.
If the homeowner requests the display be removed.
If access is denied to a gated community.
If animals prevent the display from being set up.
For any circumstances out of our control that prevent the display from being set up.
